ANNOUNCEMENTS – April 21st B1
PHS Volleyball Club to begin April 26th from 2:30-4:15 in the Main Gym. We need between 12-30 participants to make this club a reality. Please contact Victoria Korzan for any questions.
Italian Club will have a meeting on Tuesday April 25th in room 303 right after school.
Tuesday is the date for the Annual PHS College Fair. While the fair is primarily for juniors, all students and their parents are invited to attend. The fair will be held in the Main Gym from 6:00 until 7:30 PM. There will be 115 different colleges, universities, technical schools, and the military in attendance. Students are asked to wear college tee shirts or sweatshirts to school on Tuesday.
We will be giving the ASVAB at PHS on Thursday, April 27. The ASVAB test is used for students who are considering entering the military. It is also used as a career aptitude test for any student looking for direction. Juniors and seniors may sign up in the Career Center to take the test.
The FCCLA Club will be having their Spring Meeting on Wednesday May 3rd from 2:10 to 3:10 in the Culinary Room. Come learn how to make some healthy snacks for spring! Any students interested in joining next year are welcomed to attend too!
The Third Quarter Honor Roll has been posted outside of the Counseling Office.
There will be a meeting for girls interested in going out for the girls soccer team for next season. The girls soccer meeting will be held in the Health Classroom at 3:30 TODAY, April 21.
A Night in Greece prom tickets will be on sale the weeks of April 24-28 and May 1-5. Juniors and Seniors may purchase them in the cafeteria during lunch blocks. Tickets are $80 each. Please be sure to fill in the information requested in the spreadsheet before you come to purchase the tickets. See your emails for the link to the spreadsheet. This will make the process faster and more efficient. Checks can be made out to PHS. Remember: You cannot purchase a prom ticket until you have first paid any money you owe to PHS.
